I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />! <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />i <br />I <br />i <br />I <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec noted that City Code allows an accessory building of 624 square <br />feet for the size of lot being discussed. <br /> <br />Mr. Berg agreed and noted that even though Mr. Miller is requesting an <br />accessory building of 780 square feet, he is still within the total square <br />footage allowed for attached and detached garages for this size lot. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Van Wagner and seconded by Councilmember Sorteberg to <br />approve of ¥~. Gerald Miller's request to construct an accessory building of <br />780 square feet contingent upon his entering into a development agreement with <br />the City. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Schlueter, Councilmembers Sorteberg, <br />Reimann and Van Wagner. Voting No: Mayor Gamec (Mayor Gamec stated that <br />in past cases the City has not allowed an oversized accessory building on a <br />one acre lot.) <br /> <br />Further Discussion: Councilmember Van Wagner pointed out that allowing <br />Mr. Miller a 780 square foot accessory building would not be exceeding the <br />total square footage allowed on one acre lots for attached and detached <br />garages. <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec stated that he would like to change his vote. The vote now <br />stands as follows: <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Schlueter, Councilmen%hers Sorteberg, <br />Reimann and Van Wagner and Mayor Gamec. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case #3: <br /> <br />Request For A Board Of Adjustment Variance To Construct An Acce~sor~ <br />Buildin~ In Front Of ~ne Front Setback Of The Principal Structure; <br />Case Of Mr. James Holm: <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Van Wagner and seconded by Mayor Gamec to adopt the <br />findings of fact for the board of adjustment variance for Mr. James Holm to <br />place an accessory building in front of the front setback of his principal <br />structure. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Schlueter, Mayor Gamec and Council- <br />membets Sorteberg, Reimann and Van Wagner. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Van Wagner and seconded by Mayor Gamec to approve <br />of Mr. James Holm's request to place an accessory building in front of the <br />front setback of his principal structure contingent upon his entering into <br />a development agreement with the City. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Schlueter, Mayor Gamec, Councitmembers <br />Sorteberg, Reimann and Van Wagner. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Van Wagner and seconded by Councilmember Sorteberg to <br />adjourn the Board of Adjustment. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
