Staff will also be requested to provide Council minutes in the Charter Commission agendas and Charter Commission member Lichter will be provided with minutes from all Council and all various commission meetings. 4. Charter Disadvantage Cor~ittee - Commissioner Titterud - Commissioner Titterud was absent. 5. Outside O~inion Committee - Commissioner Bauerkem~er - No report at this time. C. Rules Committee - Chairman Heitman, Commissioners Greenber~ and Lichter: No report at this time. D. Miscellaneous: 1. Summary Of Council And Other City Commission Meetings - Commissioner Lichter - No report at this time. 2. Charter Punchlist Preparation And Review - Commissioner Sieber - No report at this time. Commissioner Gamec stated that the City's auditing firm would like to review the charter draft when it is complete and this should be added to the pun'chlist. Commissioner Gamec stated that he has also talked with Mr. Dorn and he claims he is not getting copies of Charter meeting minutes. Commissioner Bauerkemper stated that when she distributes copies of minutes she also sends a copy to Mr. Dom, at times she has requested ~ity Staff to distribute copies of past minutes and she is not sure if Mr. Dorn is included on Staff's distribution list. Chairman Heitman stated that he will call Mr. Dorn and find out if he wants back copies of minutes from the Charter Commission. Chairman Heitman inquired if the District Court judge should also be receiving copies of Charter Commission minutes, that it was also suggested that the judge be provided with a copy of the charter draft when it is complete. Commissioner Bauerkemper stated that the only thing the judge requires is evidence that the Charter Commission was sworn in and she will check with City Staff to make sure Mr. Dorn is on their distribution list. Commissioner Sieber noted that input gained at the meeting of October 20, 1983 is definitely in opposition to what the Charter Commission has been told by ~4r. DOm. Those minutes from The October 20, 1983 meetin~ should be approved tonight and for¢~a~'i~i L~ !.~r. Dorn for his input and comments.
