We recognize that the Airport has been a continuing study effort to date. Ralph Burke Associates (RBA), founded in 1946, is a multi-disciplinary firm encompassing the professions of enginee~ing, architecture, economics, and planning. In our 37 years of experience we have had the opportunity to plan and design dozens of airport facilities of all types and sizes. Many of these airports have included planning and design aspects which are sim- ilar to this airport project. Although providing professional services in the aviation field is the principal aspect of our business, RBA is also active in architectural work, in parking and traffic planning studies and design, and in planning and designing waterway and riverfront facilities. RBA o{.fers these professional services throughout the United States, ~ith the major concentration of work in the Upper Midwest area.
