Case #3: qu, ad City Cable T.V.: <br /> <br />Council consensus was to waive the reading of the proposed <br />resolution. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Reimann and seconded by Councilmember <br />Van Wagner to adopt Resolution #84-135 authorizing the temporary <br />transfer of $10,000 to the Quad Cities Cable Communications <br />Commission. (Please refer to resolution file for Resolution <br />#84-135). <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Coun¢ilmembers Reimann, <br />Sorteberg, Schlueter and Van Wagner. Voting No: None; <br /> <br />Case #4: <br /> <br />Request For Temporary Beer And Bingo License; Case Of <br />Anoka Fire DePartment: <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Van Wagner and seconded by Councilmember <br />Reimann to approve of granting the following temporary licenses: <br /> <br />a) <br /> <br />Beer license from 12:00 p.m, to 6:30 p.m. on September 9, <br />1984 at the St. Anthony Gun Club, City of Ramsey. <br /> <br />b) <br /> <br />Bingo license from 10:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. on September 9, <br />1984 at the St. Anthony Gun Club, City of Ramsey. <br /> <br />The above licenses are to be issued to the Anoka Fire Department, <br />Inc., Anoka, Minnesota, providing there is proper insurance <br />coverage. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Reimann, <br />Sorteberg, Schlueter and Van Wagner. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case #5: <br /> <br />Establishing A' U.tility OrdinanCe (Water' And Sanitary <br />'S'ewer): <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Van Wagner and seconded by Councilmember <br />Sorteberg to dispense with the reading of the proposed City <br />Utility Ordinance #84-7, The proposed ordinance is on file at <br />the City office. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Reimann, <br />Sorteberg, Schlueter and Van Wagner.
