I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> i <br /> <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />i <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />i <br />I <br /> <br />PARK AND RECREATION CO~.~ISSION <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />A regular meeting of the Ramsey Park and Recreation Commission <br />was held on Thursday, July 19, 1984 at the Ramsey Municipal <br />Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Mr. Dennis Donovan, Chairman <br />Mr. Ron Hetland <br />Mr. Don Lokker <br />Ms. Janice Johnson <br />Mr. Bill Rustad <br /> <br />Members Absent <br /> <br />Mr. Terry McLean <br />Mr. John Lichter <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Chairman Donovan called the regular meeting to order at 7:05 p.m. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />Commission consensus was to approve the agenda as submitted. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF PARK CO~ISSIONMEETING MINUTES <br /> <br />Chairman Donovan referred to relocation of bleachers discussed <br />at the June 27, 1984 Park meeting and stated that the Ramsey <br />Lions will be contacting him regarding this issue. <br /> <br />Chairman Donovan stated that about two weeks ago he and City <br />Engineer Raatikka and Mr. Steinbrecker looked over the Cross <br />of Hope property and it looks as though there is room for one <br />ball diamond and possibly a soccer field. Chairman Donovan <br />stated that he has mentioned this proposed plan to members of <br />RYAA and Ramsey Lions and they are interested in pursuing the <br />matter. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Johnson and seconded by Commissioner <br />Hetland to approve regular Park and Recreation Commission meeting <br />minutes dated June 27, 1984. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Donovan, Commissioners <br />Hetland, Lokker, Johnson and Rustad. Voting No: None.
