To <br />fill his position, you can either appoint someone from <br />your former list of individuals interested in serving on <br />the EDC or you can advertise in the next City newsletter <br />which will come out in January 1985. <br /> <br />CASE #6: AVAILABILITf OF 312 REHABILI~I~TION LOAN FUNDS: <br /> <br />Please see Enclosure D2-d. <br /> <br />CASE #7: APPOINT 3 EDCMEMBERS TO MEET WI~IH ANOKA EDC TO DISO3SS <br /> TRAFFIC <br /> <br />~he Executive Subcomittee felt that traffic and access <br />into Ramsey were going to create problems with any addi- <br />tional develol~ment in Ramsey. Specifically, the prob- <br />lems identified were: <br />a. the need for a railroad overpass; and <br />b. access into Ramsey from the South. <br />~he Subcon~nittee proposed that three members from the <br />Comission be appointed to meet with the Anoka Economic <br />Development Commission to discuss these concerns. <br /> <br />CASE 98: CITY ADMINISTRATOIR'S UPDATE: <br /> <br />~he City Administrator will provide updates on various <br />issues including the progress of the Minnesota Tax Com- <br />mittee. <br /> <br /> <br />
