Chuck Soderholm (arrived at 8:42 a.m.) <br /> <br />Mr. Larry Koshak of Hakanson/Anderson Engineering <br />Mr. Merland Otto, Rmlph Burke Associates <br /> <br />Dennis Donovan <br />Bill Morrow <br />Don Greenberg <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />This was an informal meeting to review pertinent contracts between the City <br />and Hakanson/Anderson and Hakanson/Anderson and Ralph Burke Associates <br />regarding the Airport Master Plan. <br /> <br />The meeting commenced at 8:13 a.m. <br /> <br />COMMISSION BUSINESS <br /> <br />Mr. Larry Koshak stated that there are two contracts to be reviewed; one <br />between the City of Ramsey and Hakanson/Anderson and one between Hakanson/ <br />Anderson and Ralph Burke Associates. <br /> <br />The Commission reviewed the contract between Hakanson/Anderson and the City <br />at this point. <br /> <br />The contract itself: <br /> A. Generalizes outline of work to be done. <br /> <br /> B. Generalizes mutual agreement regarding: <br /> <br />1. Payment <br />2. Termination <br />3. ~at each party will do <br />4. What each party is bound by <br /> <br />C. Outlines tasks and sets a total cost figure on those tasks. <br /> <br />D.
