Koshak noted that in the contract between Hakanson/Anderson and Ralph <br />Burkc ~csociates, all references to 'o~..~er' will also be replaced with 'sponsor.' <br /> <br />.Motion by Com~.~issioner Patz and seconded by Co~m...issioner Siebert to approve <br />the contract between the City of Ramsey and Hakansen/Anderson for an Airport <br />Master Plan, with the changes discussed, and to submit this contract to the <br />Ramsey City Council for signatures. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
