CASE ~3: FLINTWOOD HILLS SECOND ADD1TION PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT: <br /> <br />Representatives of H & S Asphalt will be present for the public hearing to <br />discuss with you their Planned Unit Development. The proposal will include <br />a variety of housing densities as well as some possible future business <br />development. <br /> <br />In reviewing the P.U.D. ordinance, we've found that the section that addresses <br />the public hearing was never changed to provide that the Planning and Zoning <br />Commission would hold the public hearing. However, inasmuch as the notices <br />had been sent, the Planning and Zoning Commission has already conducted <br />a public hearing on this issue. However, due to the requirements of the <br />ordinance, another public hearing, held by you, is necessary. <br /> <br />As a part of your preliminary review, findings of fact are required. Accordingly, <br />one of the enclosures is a copy of that section of the ordinance which outlines <br />the findings required. <br /> <br />Mr. Start Data, a resident of Flintwood Hills, appeared at the public hearing <br />with a written statement of his objections to the P.U.D. proposal.
