CASE ~6: CORRECTION OF CITY COUNCIL MEETING MINUTES DATED SEPTEMBER <br /> <br />20, 1983 'REQUEST FOR APPROVAL OF PRELIMINARY AND FINAL PLATS; <br />CASE OF RAMSEY 67 INDUSTRIAL PARK SECOND ADDITION': <br /> <br />I will have the correction in the case of the preliminary and final plats for <br />Ramsey 67 Industrial Park Second Addition available at the Council meeting. <br /> <br />CASE ~?: COUNCILMEMBER SUE VAN WAGNER'S RESIGNATION FROM THE CABLE <br /> <br />T.V. COMMISSION: <br /> <br />Councilmember Sue Van Wagner has notified City Staff of her desire to resign <br />her position on the Cable T. V. Commission. Accordingly, the City Council <br />should act to accept Councilmember Van Wagner's resignation as well as consider <br />the appointment of someone to fill her unexpired term. <br /> <br />Council Action: The following proposedmotionsarehereby submitted for your <br />consideration: <br /> <br /> Motion by _ ~ and seconded by accept <br /> Counc~lmemb~e~ SUe an Wagner's resignation from the Cable T. Those <br />contractors that are located within the City and operating outside the ordinance, <br />ie. improper zoning, are grandfathered in. Therefore, we can see no problem <br />with approving the licenses. <br /> <br />Council Action: The following proposed motion is hereby submitted for your <br />consideratic,n: <br /> <br />Motion by and seconded by to approve of <br />the various license applications for 1984 listed in enclosure (DZ-d). <br /> <br />Motion carried. ART RAUDIO: <br /> <br />Mr. Art Ra~dio has asked to appear be/ore you to have you consider deleting <br />some propel ty from the floo-i plain along the Rum River adjacent to the Ramse¥ <br />developmen': park.. The Cit'. StaU has r,.~viewed this and it is our opinion that <br />this should be reviewed by the Plannin;; and Zoning Commission inasmuch as <br />it involve., rezoning to an extent.
