TO ORDER <br /> <br />Chairman Peterson called the special meeting to order at 7:36 p.m. <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARING <br /> <br />Chairman Peterson adjourned the speeial meeting at 7:36 p.m. in order to <br />conduct the following public hearing: - <br /> <br /> 1. Flintwood Hills Second A~dition Planned Unit Development. <br /> <br />Chairman Peterson called the special meeting back to order at 8:37 p.m. <br />COMMISSION BUSINESS <br /> <br />Case #1: Flintwood Hills Second Addition Planned Unit Develop.eR.t: <br /> <br />Commission review City E~gineer's letter to the Planning and Zoning Commission <br />dated November 23, 1983 regarding the proposed Flintwood II PUD. <br /> <br />Commissioner Deemer stated that special attention should be given tO'.drainage <br />in the vicinity of Industry Blvd. so it doesn't affect Flint-wood I. <br /> <br />City Engineer Raatikka replied that he thinks the City has an easement all <br />the way to the County road. <br /> <br />Discussion ensued regarding situating twin homes adjacent to Fl intwood I <br />and posting speed signs on the MSA road. <br /> <br />Commissioner Z~mmerman inquired as to why single family- dwellir, gs were <br />planned in the core area of the PUD. <br /> <br />F~.
