BK IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL O~ RANSEY, <br />MINNESOTA: <br /> <br /> 1. The Council finds and determines that said petition was signed by 100% <br /> <br />of the owners who will benefit from the improvement project. <br /> 2. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed. <br /> <br /> 3. Peter R. Raatikka is hereby designated as the engineer for this <br />improvement. He shall prepare plans and specifications for the making of such <br />improvement. <br /> <br /> 4. That notwithstanding paragrah 2 and 3 above, plans and specifications <br /> shall not be prepared unless and until the Petitioner deposits with the City in <br /> the City's escrow account, the sum of $60,000.00 in order to defray the City's <br /> estimated cost of preparation for the plans and specifications. <br /> <br /> 5. That notwithstanding paragraph 2 above, and that plans and <br /> specifications may be prepared and that the Petitioner may have expended the sum <br /> of $60,000.00 for their preparation, the Petitioner is hereby advised that the <br /> project will not be ordered and City liability incurred unless and until full <br /> compliance with the City's escrow and guarantee requirements is received from <br /> the applicant pursuant to City Ordinance #83-4. <br /> <br /> 6.
