I S S I ON BUSINESS <br /> <br />Case #1: <br /> <br />Request For Final Plan Ap~lal Of Flintwood Hills Second Addition <br />Planned Unit Development; Case Of N.D.H., Inc.: <br /> <br />Chairman Peterson stated that it has been determined that an ~nvironmental <br />Assessment Worksheet is required for this P.U.D. and the developer has prepared <br />the worksheet and submitted it to City Staff. <br /> <br />City Engineer Raatikka stated that the EAW has been submitted to the EQB <br />and will be published on March 12, 1984, at which time the 30 day time period <br />begins.
