Dick Carson stated that the Restrictive Convenants applies to single <br />family dwellings and the Homeo~er's Association will apply to cluster housing. <br />Re:~ardir, g pets, the developer feels that City ordinances would cover this <br />issue; developer does not feel he can really restrict somekody from having <br />a pet on his property. <br /> <br />Cor~nissioner Deemer suggested that the City Leash Law be incorporated into <br />the Restrictive Covenants. <br /> <br />?~r. C~.rson agrced that the City Leash Law could be included in the Restrictive <br />Covenants and Homeowner's D~.sociation. <br /> <br />~z~. C~:rson then referred to junk cars and stated that the City also has an <br />o~'dina.nce to deal with storage of junk cars. <br /> <br /> stated that the City Ordinance limits the property o~?.er to one <br />~3nlicensed vehicle. <br /> <br />}~.~. C~rson proposed that the Homeo%T~er's Association allow for no unlicensed <br />vehic].es. <br /> <br />~]airman Peterson referred to'Item ~5 of the findings of fact foundon page'5 <br />of 9 in Planning and Z~ning minutes dated February 7, 1984 and stated one <br />councilmerJ)er feels this point needs more consideration; that this PUD will <br />create more work for City Staff. -, ' ~ ~ <br /> <br />Mr. Carson replied that there is a 5% a~ministrative fee being charged to the <br />developer and that should be ~mple. <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec stated that in looking at the total picture, the cost of providing <br />service to this area in comparison to the tax base it will bring in is zero. <br /> <br />City Administrator Schnelle and City .~'qgineer Raatikka stated that they <br />foresee no excessive cost burden to the City. <br /> <br />Cor~7, issioner Deer~er referred to the open space issue again and stated that <br />there seems to be some misconception between open space and park land. <br />Open space refers to green area not covered by streets and houses and has <br />nothing to do with park land. ~ne park land dedicated in this plat was <br />slightly deficient, but that deficiency was overlooked in consideration <br />of certain things given to the City. <br /> <br />~4r.
