P&R CASE: #3 <br /> <br />PARK DEDICATION FOR TSM MINI STORAGE <br /> By: Leonard Linton, Civil Engineer <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />TSM Development is proposing to build a mini-storage facility on the replat of Outlot A, <br />Regency Ponds. The site is 4.8 acres. Regency Ponds has a large park on the east side of <br />the plat and there are large parks north and south of the plat. The Planning Commission <br />case is attached for your review. <br /> <br />Acceptance of 10% land dedication for this development would create a situation similar <br />to that described in the Rotary Systems Case. <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />Staff recommends accepting Park Dedication in the amount of $20,908.80 (4.8 acres ~ $ <br />4356/acre) and Trail Fees in the amount of $5,232.00. <br /> <br />Action: <br /> <br />Motion to recommend to City Council that it accept Park Dedication in the amount of <br />$20,908.80 and Trail Dedication in the amount of $5,232.00 for Rotary Systems. <br /> <br />Reviewed By: <br />Public Works Director <br />Assistant Public Works Director <br /> <br />P&R: 07/08/04 <br /> <br />21 <br /> <br /> <br />
