Ail drainage ponds shown on the site must be dedicated ~ drainage and utility, <br />e~ements on rte ~lnal plat. <br /> <br />The plat proposes to gain access by connecting 148t" Ave NW with Ramsey Blvd. Staff <br />h~ submitted the sketch plan to ,%.noka County., but has yet to receive comments.back. <br /> <br />22 <br /> <br /> <br />
