The site plan reflects that the 20 foot wide green space area required adjacent to Azurite Street <br />will be provided. A minimum of 34 trees and I00 shrubs are required on the site. he <br />Landscape Plan proposes 32 trees and 100 shrubs. The Plan should be modified to include 2 <br />additional deciduous trees. It is also noted that the size of the spruce trees must be increased <br />from 5 feet to 6 feet; the plan should reflect this modification also. <br /> <br />Recommendaffon: <br /> <br />City Staff recommends site plan approval contingent upon compliance with City.
