1918415 <br /> <br /> _%1- oo/o <br />Board Member Johnson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption.'m-~ <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #04-03-068 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A VARIANCE FROM <br />SUBDIVISION DESIGN STANDARDS FOR PUBLIC ROAD FRONTAGE <br />REQUIREMENTS TO ELIOT SCHAEFFER AND DEBBORAH SCHAEFFER <br />(PERMITTEES) AT 6200 GREEN VALLEY ROAD, AND DECLARING TERMS OF <br />SAME: <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Eliot Schaeffer and Debborah Schaeffer("Permittees") have properly <br />applied for a variance from Section 9.50.30 (Subdivision Design Standards - Lots) of the Ramsey <br />City Code to plat lots that will not meet the minimum public street frontage requirements on the <br />property legally described as follows: <br /> <br />That part of the west 179.75 feet of the east half of the Southwest Quarter of Section <br />2, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota which lies south of the <br />centerline of County Road 63 and also lies north of the south 1842.74 feet thereof. <br />And <br />Outlot A, Fox Ridge Estates, Anoka County Minnesota - <br />And - <br /> <br />The south 1842.74 feet of the west 179.75 feet of the east half of the Southwest <br />Quarter of Section 2, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota <br />And <br />Outlot B, Fox Ridge Estates, Anoka County, Minnesota <br />And <br />That part of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 2, Township <br />32, Range 25 lying southerly of the centerline of Trott Brook. Except that part <br />platted as Fox Ridge Estates, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br />(the "Subject Property") <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Board of Adjustment met on March 11, 2004, conducted the public <br />hearing and adopted findings of fact. <br /> <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT <br />OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />Based on Findings of Fact #0665, a variance from subdivision design standards for minimum <br />public street frontage at Green Valley Road and at 174th Avenue N.W. is herein granted in <br />order to allow the Permittees to plat the Subject Property into two lots: one for the existing <br /> <br /> <br />
