o <br /> <br />That the rezoning will not change the essential existing character of the area. <br /> <br />That the rezoning will be a benefit to the Community as a whole. <br /> <br />That the rezoning is consistent with the City Council action to officially map the <br />corridor. <br /> <br />That the rezoning coupled with the implementation of the H-1 Ordinance and <br />establishment of an official map, will provide the City development controls to <br />support the ultimate use for the corridor as highway improvements. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Councilmember Strommen, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in <br />favor thereof: <br /> <br /> Mayor Gamec <br /> Councilmember Elvig <br /> Councilmember Strommen <br /> Councilmember Pearson <br /> Councilmember Zimmerman <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br /> Councilmember Kurak <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br /> Councilmember Cook <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City <br />Council this the 13th day of April 2004. <br /> <br /> Mayor <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION #04-04-092 <br /> PAGE 3 of 3 <br /> <br /> <br />
