DAVID HAUAN: <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />Mr. David Hauan, owner of the above referenced property, is requesting authorization <br />to subdivide Lot '8; Block 4, Traprock Commons into two lots. Each lot would be <br />slight!~ 'less than two acres in size. One would front on 155th Avenue which is an <br />MSA street and the other would be on Traprock Street NW.
