BENJAMIN KEIL!,OR: Mr. Benjamin Keillor of 17916 Iodine Street NW purchased 8+ acres of property several years ago from his mother's farm which lies near Trott Brook on County Road The subject propert.y is at the,rear of the farm and can be accessed only from 171st Lane NW in Trott Brook Estates. The remainder of. the farm has been recently sold and subdivided int6' two large parcels (Zl+:acTes and 4Z+ acres) which in essence leaves Mr. Keillor's parcel, The Planning and Zoning Commission has reviewed Mr. Keillor's request and made a Couple of different recommendations. We' would recommend acquisition of an easement for the future extension of 171st · Lane NW and"no street improvements· This would then create only one parcel rather than two, as an' easement does not constitute a subdivision where an improved dedicated street would.
