RESOLUTION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to Minnesota State Laws which provide for reimbursement <br />of peace officers and constablesl and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the State of Minnesota Board of Peace Officers Standards of Training <br />requires that the City Council designate by Council resolution the City official eligible <br />to sign the application for reimbursement for the continuing education of peace officers <br />and constables. . <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, <br />ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1) The City Administrator/Clerk Lloyd. G. Schnelle is hereby authorized to sign <br />the stated application for the City of Ramsey. <br /> <br /> <br />
