Two minor changes as pro- <br />posed by DNR were made and discussed with the City Council on <br />June 12, 1984. These Changes were to relocate Waco Street <br />Northwest to the edge of the wetland and relocate 142nd Lane <br />Northwest partially onto City property to minimize the effects on <br />the flood plain. <br /> <br />In review of the required plat data listed in City Code <br />170.0310D, we have found the following deficiencies: <br /> <br />Xkimo Street should be renamed as Waco Street to be con- <br />sistent with the established street pattern. <br /> <br />County Ditch No. 43 was not shown on the final plat. <br /> <br />No easements were shown on the final plat. <br /> <br />Lowland and water areas were not identified. <br /> <br />The maximum high water level, present water level and <br />benchmark were not shown. <br /> <br />A reproducible copy of the final plat showing house <br />numbering of the lots was not provided. <br /> <br />As previously stated in our April 26, 1984 letter a variance from <br />City Codes 170.038C.1&7 will be required for street right-of-way <br />widths and the length of the 142nd Avenue cul-de-sac. <br /> <br />civil · municipal · planning · ~oils · land surveying <br /> <br /> <br />
