CASE CASE #4: Council Action: Your action will be as follows: a) Adopt resolution receiving report. After you have adopted the feasibility report approving of this, your next step will be to order the preparation of plans and specs. Voting no ADOPTION OF UTII.ITY ORDINANCE (WATER AND SANITARY SEWER): Council received a copy of the proposed Utility Ordinance at their July g4, 1984 Council ..meeting at which time Council also passed a motion to dispense with the reading of it. Further, the above document was posted on the bulletin board the required length.of time for public review. Accordingly, enclosure (D2-b) contains the proposed ordinance which is hereby submitted for enactment by the City Council. Further, said ordinance was reposted on the bulletin board at City Hall for general public review on August 8, 1984. AUTHORIZATION TO PURCHASE MOBIl.F- RADIO FOR CITY VEHICLE: Council discussed the purchase of the mobile~radio for the City tractor at their regular meeting of July 10, 1984 and at that time no action was taken so Council could have more time to review the request. Accordingly, the subject request is hereby resubmitted for Council conSi~(~tion. As stated before, this mobile radio would be purchased through Hennep~Count~ Purchasing and does require Council authorization. There is a very def~[e need for this piece of equipment in the Public Works Department.
