I I I Case ~2: Request To Subdivide By Metes And Bounds Lot 8, Block 4, Traprock Commonsi Case O'f Mr. David Hauan: Mr. Hauan was present and requested authorization to subdivide Lot 8, Block 4, Traprock Commons into two lots; each lot would be slightly less than two acres in size and would front on 155th Avenue which is an MSA street. The Commission reviewed the findings of fact. I i I I Motion by Commissioner LaDue and seconded by Co,u~,issioner Deemer to accept Findings of Fact 00 regarding Mr. David Hauan's request to subdivide Lot 8, Block 4, Traprock Commons into two lots and to add the following items to the findings of fact: #7 Requests of this type~ notably in Oakridge Estates, approxi- mately within the past year, were denied. #8 The subdivision would create a need for access on 155th, an MSA road. (Please refer to Findings of Fact file for Findings of Fact 00 ). Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Peterson, Commissioners Deemer, Zimmerman, Hendriksen, LaDue'and Johnson. Voting No: None. Absent: Commissioner Kennen. Motion by Commissioner Deemer and seconded by Commissioner Zimmerman to recommend disapproval of Mr. David Hauan's request to subdivide by metes and bounds Lot 8, Block 4, Traprock Co~mons. Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Peterson, Commissioners Deemer, Zi~,merman, Hendriksen, LaDue and Johnson. Voting No: Absent: Commissioner Kennen. None. Case #3: 'Correction To' Planning And Zonin~ Commission Meeting Minutes Dat'ed Jun'e 2'5', 1984: Per the Commission's direction, the secretary did review her notes for any specific percentages mentioned by the appraisor, Mr. Bjorklund, at the June 25, 1984 public.hearing. In checking the minutes, Mrs. Frolik did find the .comment by Mr. 'Bjorklund in which he stated property values adjacent to the landfill could be decreased by 57° or less because of the landfill. Motion by Co~,missioner Deemer and seconded by Commissioner Hendriksen authorizing that the June 25, 1984 meeting minutes be mnended as follows: Page 7, last paragraph, 2nd sentence - Change to read: "If Waste Management does achieve this reduction in noise, Mr. BJorklund believes there will be no significant reduction in property values; any reduction would be 5% or less." Motion carried, Voting Yes: Chairman Peterson, Commissioners Deemer, Zimmerman, Hendriksen, LaDue and Johnson, Voting No: None. Absent: Commissioner Kennen.
