The Conditional Use Permit Application was made pursu- ant to Ramsey City Code Section 170.016 "Conditional Uses." 3. Pursuant to Ramsey City Code Section 170.016C, the City of Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission (the "Commission") conducted a public hearing on the Application on June 25, 1984. Notice of said public hearing was published in the City's legal newspaper, Anoka County Union, on June 15, 1984, and mailed notices of the public hearing were sent at least ten (10) days prior to the hearing to property owners within 350 feet of the outer boundaries of the property in question. 4. The June 25, 1984 public hearing was a joint public hearing with members of the Commission and the City of Ramsey City Council in attendance. 5. At the public hearing the applicant made a presentation describing its proposed project. 6. At the public hearing all members of the public who desired to testify were given that opportunity. 7. At the regular Commission meeting of July 3, 1984, all persons wishing to make a statement were given the opportunity to do so during Citizen Input, and all persons wishing to provide additional written testimony were given the opportunity to do so through July 24, 1984.
