The grant of a Condi- <br />tional Use Permit would not affect current traffic patterns as <br />they exist in the area. Nor would the grant of the Conditional <br />User Permit significantly increase the volume of truck traffic to <br />and from the landfill site, except for the potential projected <br />increase of 5% per year.
