I <br />I <br />! <br /> <br />i <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />80 and the industrial district in the South 70, if they apply, <br />would be met, including minimum lot area, width and depth re- <br />quirements, set back requirements, off-street parking require- <br />ments, accessory use requirements, off-street loading require- <br />ments, height requirements, structure elevation requirements, <br />screening requirements, driveway requirements, and land develop- <br />ment requirements, all as set forth in Plans and Drawings accom- <br />panying Plans; June 25, 1984 Testimony of Henry Koch and Slides <br />and Drawings accompanying testimony. <br /> <br />Fire Protection: Fire p~evention and fightinq <br />equipment acceptable to the Board of Fire Under- <br />writers shall be readily available when an~ <br />activity involving the handling of sto~ge os <br />flammable or explosive materials 'is carried on. <br />[170.016F Performance Standards]. <br /> <br /> 27. Fire protection service is immediately available to <br />both the North 80 and the South 70 disposal areas. Said service <br />would be provided by the Ramsey Volunteer Fire Department or the <br />Anoka Fire Department. (See Metro Council Resolution and At- <br />tached Report.) On-site fire prevention and fighting equipment <br />would be available in the form of earth moving equipment, water <br />truck, water and stockpiles of earth which would be used to <br />smother any fire on the landfill facility. Daily cover and <br />compaction of refuse would reduce or eliminate the possibility of <br />fire at the site. Fire fighting equipment is available in all <br />machines and buildings on the site.
