Fire protection service is immediately available to <br />both the North 80 and the South 70 disposal areas. On-site fire prevention and fighting equipment <br />would be available in the form of earth moving equipment, water <br />truck, water and stockpiles of earth which would be used to <br />smother any fire on the landfill facility. Daily cover and <br />compaction of refuse would reduce or eliminate the possibility of <br />fire at the site. Fire fighting equipment is available in all <br />machines and buildings on the site.
