Although noise abatement measures described by Waste <br />Management would reduce the undesirable effects of noise from <br />landfill operations, the Commission finds that such noise will <br />not be reduced to a level which is acceptable. The level and <br />type of noise generated by the landfill would not be compatible <br />with adjacent land uses, particularly nearby residential uses. <br />(See Finding 16.) <br /> <br />4.
