The proposed environmental <br />improvement in the North 80 and the expansion in the South 70 <br />could utilize all of the above methods in minimizing air pol- <br />lution. <br /> <br /> Measures proposed by Waste Management to reduce air pol- <br /> lution from flyash, dust, smoke vapors and other substances would <br /> not reduce such pollution to acceptable levels. Nearby residents <br /> complained of dust from current operations.
