The time frames shall be as specified in the Code, with. <br />pumping to commence immediately to eliminate the surface discharge of system' <br />effluent. Continued pumping shall be required to prevent a~¥ further surface <br />discharges until such time as system repairs are made. <br /> <br />Please be advised that failure on your .part to comply will necessitate our <br />proceeding with Section 150.018D "Right to Repair".
