The <br />proposed Permanent List of Priorities includes all current sites for which the <br />MPCA intends to take action under ERLA. Prior to adoption, the MPCA must <br />solicit public comment on the proposed list for thirty (3D) days. The public <br />comment period is being announced in the September 3, 1984 State Register. <br /> <br />According to MPCA records, you may have an interest in one or more sites <br />proposed for inclusion on the Permanent List of Priorities. Therefore, please <br />find enclosed a copy of the State Register notice on this matter.
