I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br /> I <br /> I <br /> <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br />I <br /> I <br /> <br />Councilmembep <br />moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #84- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECEIVING PRICE QUOTES AND AWARDING BID FOR CLEANING <br />THE CARPET IN THE LOWER LEVEL, HALLWAY AND KITCHEN AREA DF THE <br />RAMSEY MUNICIPAL CENTER <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to a call for price quotes fop <br />cleaning the carpet in the lower level, hallway and kitchen area <br />of the Ramsey Municipal Center, the following price quotes were <br />received: <br /> <br />Bidder <br /> <br />Amount of Bid <br /> <br />Vern's Carpet Service <br /> <br />$300.00 <br /> <br />Duane' s Carpet Service <br /> <br />$485.00 <br /> <br /> AND WHEREAS, it appears that Vern's <br />in the amount of $300.00 was the best price quote. <br /> <br />Carpet Service bid <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1) That the City Council accepted the price <br />Vepn's Carpet Service in the amount of $300.00. <br /> <br />quote from <br /> <br /> 2) That the City Administrator/Clerk is <br />authorized and directed to inform all who submitted price <br />of their action. <br /> <br />hereby <br />quotes <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Councilmember and upon vote being taken <br />thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted <br />the Ramsey City Council this the 25th day of September, 1984. <br /> <br />by <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />City Administrator/Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
