EUGENE <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />MOROZ: <br /> <br />Mr. Eugene Moroz of 17035 Driscoll Street NW is <br />requesting authorization to build an accessory building <br />of 1,350 square feet. Mr. Moroz has 1.76 acres which <br />would allow him accessory buildings totaling 1,488 <br />square feet (attached garage - 864 square feet; <br />detached garage - 624 square feet). Mr. Moroz <br />presently has an attached garage of 576 square feet <br />which would give him accessory buildings of 1,926 <br />square feet. <br /> <br />The following items are included as enclosure (D4-a) <br />for your consideration in this matter: <br /> <br />a) Applicant's application <br />b) Public hearing not ice <br />c) List of properties notified <br />d) Area location map <br />e) Proposed findings of fact <br />f) Proposed development agreement <br />g) Building Official's letter to <br /> <br />Mr. Moroz <br /> <br />Council Action: Your action will be to adopt/amend/ <br />deny the proposed findings of fact for Mr. Eugene <br />Moroz' request for a Board of AdJustment variance for <br />an accessory building larger than permitted by City <br />Code and approve/disapprove the request.
