Please refer to ordinance file for O~dinance #84-9. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes <br />Voting no <br /> <br /> c) Ordinance #84-10, Amendment to Chapter 130.05, <br />Intoxicating Liquor - This ordinance was introduced to the City <br />Council at your regular meeting of September 10, 1984. You did <br />receive a copy of it at that meeting. A copy has been posted on <br />the bulletin board in the Ramsey Municipal Center for public <br />review. Enclosure (D2-o) is furnished for your information in <br />acting on this item. If you desire to make any changes to this <br />ordinance, you should so state that so it can be incorporated <br />into the adoption of said ordinance. If you don't adopt the <br />ordinance, you should state your reasons for not adopting it. <br /> <br />Council Action: Your action will be to approve/disapprove of <br />adopting said ordinance. The following action will have to be <br />taken in the following order: <br /> <br /> 1) If you are going to adopt said ordinance you will have <br />to adopt a motion to dispense with the reading of it.
