If Council does not approve of it, you should state <br />reasons why and give direction to City Staff as to how you want <br />us to proceed. The following will have to be accomplished in the <br />adoption of the above resolution: <br /> <br /> 1) Unanimous consent of the Council is required to dispense <br />with the reading of the proposed resolution (as per Section 5.08 <br />of the City Charter). It is therefore requested that the Mayor <br />poll each Councilmember on his consensus for the reading of the <br />resolution. <br /> <br /> 2) Council will have to approve/disapprove of adopting <br />the proposed resolution whi~-~ is contained in the above <br />enclosure. I~UTHORIZING <br />FINAL PAY ON IRRIGATION EQUIP~ FOR CENTRAL I~qR~): <br /> <br />The followin§ is hereby submitted on the items contained in this <br />case: <br /> <br /> a) Accepting bid for lateral sewer and water, storm sewer, <br />sanitary trunk and subtrunk - Enclosure (D~-q) contains the <br />proposed resolution that Council Hill have to adopt if they <br />accept the bid for Improvement Project #84-1~ and #84-18. The <br />City Engineer will be opening the bids on these projects at 11:00 <br />a.m. on Monday, September 24~ 1984 at the Ramsey Municipal Center <br />and we will have the tabulated bids available for review and <br />adoption at the Council meeting. <br /> <br /> <br />
