Counc~ lmember moved for its adoption: introduced the following resolution and RESC~UTION 884- RESOLUTION CALLING FOR HEARING ON WATERSHED SUBDISTRICTS FT4 AND FT1 OF WATER DI S TR I CT 43 ( Pr o j ec t 8 8 4- 1 7 ) WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Ramsey City Counci adopted July 24, 1984, a report was received with reference to the Watershed Subdistricts FT4 and FT1 of Water District 43 (Project ~84-17) within the City of Ramsey; and WHEREAS, the improvement is to alleviate flooding in an area generally known as Flintwood Hills First Addition; and WHEREAS, the report was received by the Ramsey City Council on July 24, 1984 indicates the following: Estimated T~tal Cost of Project Estimated Acre Residential Estimated Annual Acre Residential Estimated T~tal Acre Commercial Estimated Annual Acre Commercial $208,850.00 784.00 127.57 1,263.24 205.53 NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA OCUNTY, S~TE OF MINNESC~I~, as follows: 1) That a public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 29th day of January, 1985, in the Council Chambers of the Ramsey Municipal Center, at 8:00 P.M. and the City Administrator/Clerk shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing improvement as required by law to the benefited property owners on the proposed improv~ament. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against the same: whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the llth day of December, 1984.
