EXCESS BRIDGE. RIGHT-OF-WAY TO <br /> RAM~EY CENTER PARTNERSHIP: <br /> <br />Mr. Arthur Raudio, representing Ramsey Center Partnership, has re- <br />quested that we deed the excess right-of-way for the Rum River bridge <br />crossing back to Ramsey Center Partnership. While deeding this back <br />was never included in the agreement which deeded the property to the <br />City, the City Council meeting minutes of January 8, 1980 clearly in-~ <br />dicate that it was the City's intention not to retain the unneeded <br />right-of-way. The County Engineer's office has reviewed this matter. <br />Their letter, along with the following items, are included as enclo- <br />sure (D2-w) for your consideration in this matter: <br /> <br /> a) County Engineer's letter dated December 17, 1984 <br /> b) City Council meeting minutes dated January 8, 1980 <br /> c) Agreement with Ramsey Center Partnership dated January 10, <br /> 1980 <br />d) Proposed resolution directing introduction of Ordinance <br /> %84-21 <br />'e) Ordinance #84-21 <br /> <br />Council Action: <br /> <br />Your action will be to approve/disapprove of the above. Unanimous <br />consensus of the Council is required to dispense with the reading of <br />the proposed resolution.
