CASE #12: REQUEST TO.EXTEND. MUNICIPAL SERVI.CES; CASE OF. RAMSEY..CENTER PART- <br /> <br />Mr. Arthur Raudio, representing Ramsey Center Partnership, has <br />petitioned for the extension of municipal services to the two urban <br />business parcels which lie east of Highway #47 on either side of the <br />proposed Rum River bridge crossing. The City Attorney has determined <br />that the petition is adequate. ~nerefore, the next step would be for <br />the City Council to declare said petition adequate and order a feasi- <br />bility study contingent upon the applicant's providing the City of <br />Ramsey with an escrow deposit in the amount of $500 which is 125% of <br />the Engineer's estimate. Please refer to enclosure (D2-x) for the <br />proposed resolution for adoption: <br /> <br />Coun¢ilAction: <br /> <br />Your action will be to adopt the proposed resolution. Unanimous con- <br />sensus of the Council is required to dispense with the reading of the <br />proposed resolution. ~ne following proposed motion is hereby submit- <br />ted for your consideration: <br /> <br />Motion by and seconded by to adopt <br />Resolution #84-__ declaring adequacy of petition and ordering <br />preparation of report for the extension of municipal services to <br />Food and Fuel and other properties in the area, contingent upon <br />the applicant's payment of an escrow deposit to cover the feasi- <br />bility costs. Voting yes <br />Voting no ._ : .. <br /> <br />CASE #13: ~FINANCE: <br /> <br />Item A: Long Term Financial Plan (Five Year, 1985 - 1989): <br /> <br />Council received the long term financial plan document on December 7, <br />1984 and conducted a public hearing on December 11, 1984. At that <br />Council meeting you tabled action until the December 18, 1984 meeting. <br />A citizen copy of this document has been available on the counter for <br />review by the public since December 7, 1984. <br /> <br />The Council Budget Committee will make a verbal report at the meeting <br />on said document. Please refer to enclosure (D2-y) for the proposed <br />resolution. <br /> <br />Council Action: <br /> <br />Your action will be to approve/disapprove of said document by resolu- <br />tion. Unanimous consensus of the Council is required to dispense with <br />the reading of the proposed resolution.
