CASE #12: REQUEST TO.EXTEND. MUNICIPAL SERVI.CES; CASE OF. RAMSEY..CENTER PART- Mr. Arthur Raudio, representing Ramsey Center Partnership, has petitioned for the extension of municipal services to the two urban business parcels which lie east of Highway #47 on either side of the proposed Rum River bridge crossing. The City Attorney has determined that the petition is adequate. ~nerefore, the next step would be for the City Council to declare said petition adequate and order a feasi- bility study contingent upon the applicant's providing the City of Ramsey with an escrow deposit in the amount of $500 which is 125% of the Engineer's estimate. Please refer to enclosure (D2-x) for the proposed resolution for adoption: Coun¢ilAction: Your action will be to adopt the proposed resolution. CASE #13: ~FINANCE: Item A: Long Term Financial Plan (Five Year, 1985 - 1989): Council received the long term financial plan document on December 7, 1984 and conducted a public hearing on December 11, 1984. At that Council meeting you tabled action until the December 18, 1984 meeting. A citizen copy of this document has been available on the counter for review by the public since December 7, 1984. The Council Budget Committee will make a verbal report at the meeting on said document. Please refer to enclosure (D2-y) for the proposed resolution. Council Action: Your action will be to approve/disapprove of said document by resolu- tion. Unanimous consensus of the Council is required to dispense with the reading of the proposed resolution.
