That part of the Northeast of the Southwest of <br />Section 25, To~mship 32, Range 25 lying East of <br />State Trunk Highway No. 47 as it is presently <br />laid out and travelled. <br /> <br /> II. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Ramsey, pursuant to Minnesota Statute Chapter 412 <br />has the legislative authority to acquire land when such an acquisition <br />is deemed in the best interest of the public welfare and, <br /> <br /> III. <br /> <br /> t~EREAS the Ramsey City Council by resolution at its <br />December 10, 1979 Council meeting deemed the acquisition of certain <br />portions of the above described property to be in the best interest <br />of the public welfare of the citizens of Ramsey and <br /> <br /> ~HEREAS Ramsey Center is desireous of conveying certain <br />portions of the above described property to Ramsey in consideration <br />for certain considerations by Ram.~ey. <br /> <br /> NOW THEREFORE, it is agreed by and between the parties <br />hereto as follows: <br /> <br /> 1) That Ramsey Center will convey by warranty deed <br /> to Ramsey the following legally described property: <br /> <br /> (See attached Exhibit "A") <br /> <br /> 2) That Ramsey Center will grant a permanent easement <br /> to Ramsey for street and utility pmrposes over and <br /> across the following legally described property: <br /> <br /> (See attached Exhibit "B") <br /> <br /> <br />
