The vehicle is being purchased througk Bennepin County Purchasing which has already solicited bids on the squad car. It should be noted that we wgn't be receiving this vehicle until 1985, but in order to take advantage of Bennepin County's bid, we have tc order it lx~'. ~he 1985 City Budget provides adequate funding for this purchase. Council Action: Your action will be to approve/disapprove of said purchase. If you disapprove, you should state reason and give direc- tion in the proposed resolution.
