Voting no . ~b) Final approval of R~ River Bills P.U.D. - Pursuant to your authorization on November 27, 1984, the applicant is ap~aring to re- quest final plat approval for R~ River Bills Planned Unit Develop- ~nt. As you recall, you granted preliminary approval to this plan on November 13, 1984. In acoordance with the City Ordinance, the appli- cant presented the final plan to the Planning and Zoning Commission on Dece~r 4, 1984. ~he Co~ission found the final plan to be in sub- stantial compliance with the plan given preliminary approval on August 2, 1983 and reeon~ended final plat approval. ~he applicant has drafted and submitted a development agreement for this P.U.D. A coN of this is attached; staff review and comments on the agrc~ent will be available at the ~=eting. Restrictive oovenants will also be available at the meeting. ~he Applicant will be at the meeting with final plans and to answer any questions.
