[buncil Action: Your action will be to adopt the prolapsed findings of fact plus any additional findings you dee~ necessa~-. Based on these findings, your action will be to approve/disapprove the final plat for the R~ River Bills P.U.D. contingent on rezoni~_ the site to P.U.D. If you approve the final plat, your action will be to autho- rize the Mayor bo enter into a develoDment agreement wit[: the appli- cant.
