(Urban Multiple Business); case of Mr. Rick Foster, River's Bend Properties- Mr. Rick Foster, representing River's Bend Proper- ties, is requesting authorization to rezone from U.B. to U.M.B. approximately four acres of property south of the proposed bridge crossing. Be subject property is all that re~ains south of the pro- posed Food and Fuel. As the U.M.B. is a more restrictive zone than the U.B. zone, this is probably a better buffer for the abutting resi- dential property in Anoka. The Planning and Zoning Commission held a public hearing on this re- quest at the regular meeting on December 4 , 1984. The Commission reconmended approval of this rezoning as it is a better buffer for the property to the south than a high traffic commercial use.
