(Urban Multiple Business); case of Mr. Rick Foster, River's <br />Bend Properties- Mr. Rick Foster, representing River's Bend Proper- <br />ties, is requesting authorization to rezone from U.B. to U.M.B. <br />approximately four acres of property south of the proposed bridge <br />crossing. Be subject property is all that re~ains south of the pro- <br />posed Food and Fuel. As the U.M.B. is a more restrictive zone than <br />the U.B. zone, this is probably a better buffer for the abutting resi- <br />dential property in Anoka. <br /> <br />The Planning and Zoning Commission held a public hearing on this re- <br />quest at the regular meeting on December 4 , 1984.
