Voting no · b) Setting public hearing date for drainage probl~ in drainage i strict ~43 - In view of the drainage problems experienced in this area (Flintwood Rills), the City Council directed preparation of a feasibility report to determine a long term solution to this proble~m. ~he feasibility report was received by the City Council at their regu- lar meeting of June 26, 1984. In keeping with the requirements of the City barter, prior to a public hearing all the benefited property owners must be identified by resolution. A list of these property owners is contained in enclosure (D2-r) as a resolution for your adop- tion. Also contained in the above enclosure is a copy of resolution setting the public hearing date for drainage district ~43.
