Voting yes Voting no 1~ c) R~ceiving of engineer's report on drainage problem at 7471 - 0th Lane N~; case of Mr. Jim Battenberg - Mr. Jim Battenberg of 7471 - 150th Lane N~ appeared before the Council at the November 27, 1984 regular Council meeting to ask for help and relief on a drainage probleT, that exists to the rear of his dwelling. At that time you directed the City Engineer to review the problem and report back at the next regular meeting. Acoordingly, enclosure (D2-s) contains the Engineer's report as to what we can and cannot do as well as a reco~.- mendation on b~' to proceed. In view of the fact that the only people who are concerned with drainage are the individuals with the probl~, and not those who contribute, we feel it is necessary for the City Council to ass~e a leadership role and proceed as recon~ended. Also contained in enclosure (D2-s) is a resolution for Council to re- view for your oonsideration in this matter. _O~uncil Action: Your action will be to approve/disapprove/amend the reoomTendation of the City Engineer to proceed with a feasibility study on this drainage problem.
