Motion by Councilmember Johns, seconded by Councilmember Shryock, to adopt Resolution <br />#16-09-174 Ordering Preparation of Assessment Roll and Calling for Assessment Hearing for <br />2016 Mill and Overlay Improvements; Improvement Project #16-00 Division B. <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Strommen, Councilmembers Johns, Shryock, Kuzma, <br />LeTourneau, Riley, and Williams. Voting No: None. <br />7.07: Consider Adoption of Resolution #16-09-175 Ordering Preparation of Assessment <br />Roll and Calling for Assessment Hearing for Andrie Street and 164th Lane <br />Reconstruction; Improvement Project #16-00 Division C <br />City Engineer Westby reviewed the staff report and recommendation to adopt Resolution # 16- <br />09-175 ordering the preparation of an assessment roll and calling for an Assessment Hearing for <br />Andrie Street and 164th Lane Reconstruction; Improvement Project #16-00 Division C on <br />October 25, 2016. <br />Councilmember Riley asked if pavement depth is being inspected as constructed. <br />City Engineer Westby confirmed that pavement depth is being inspected. <br />Councilmember Kuzma referenced phase one which is almost completed and asked when the <br />mailboxes would be put back in. <br />City Engineer Westby stated that the City worked with the U.S. Postal Service (USPS) on <br />removing and replacing the mailboxes, noting that the USPS likes to do the installation all at <br />once, therefore that will occur along with the completion of phase three of the project. <br />Motion by Councilmember Kuzma, seconded by Councilmember Riley, to adopt Resolution <br />#16-09-175 Ordering Preparation of Assessment Roll and Calling for Assessment Hearing for <br />Andrie Street and 164th Lane Reconstruction; Improvement Project #16-00 Division C. <br />Motion carried.
