5. The plan will not create an excessive burden on parks, schools, streets Bnd other public facilities and utilities which serve, or are proposed to serve, the planned development. 6. ZON I N(; Once the proposed plan has been approved, the planning commission shall propose an amendment to the zoning map for action by the city council, as outlined in SectionlTG019 of this chapter. The planned unit develop- ment shall be outlined on the official zoning map and labeled P.U.D. A~.qJAL REVIEW The planning commission shall review all Planned Unit Development districts within the city at least once each year and shall make a report to the c. ity council on the status of the development in each of the Planned Unit Development districts. If the city council finds that development has not occurred within a reasonable time after the original approval, the city council may instruct the planning commission to initiate rezoning to the original zoning district by removing the Planned Unit Development district from the official zoning map. 14H SCREENING . ~ 1. Where any business or industrial use (structure or stor~) is adjacent to property zoned or developed for r~ use, that~usiness or industry shall provide screening alo~the bound- ary of the b~sidential property. Screening shall also ~fprovided where a busing, parking lot or industry is across street from a residential zoO, but not on that side of a bus or industry considered to bet~xront. 2.
