Voting no . <br /> <br />CASE ~5: PETITION FOR MUNICIPAL SERVICES; CASE OF FIRST GUARANTY <br /> <br />I /CORPORATION, ARTHUR RAUDIO, PRESI])ENT: <br /> /Mr. Art Raudio, President of the First Guaranty Corporation, is petitioning for <br />~ ~municipal services for their property which is adjacent to the Rum River east of <br />· ~T.H. #47. The request, according to the petition, would entail municipal services <br /> ~for their some 108 acres of land. Seventy acres, more or less, residential and 38 <br /> ~acres, more or less, urban multiple business. <br />! <br />w / As with the Holm request previously received, there will be no need for a public <br /> <br />hearing in regards to the municipal services. However, as with the Holm request, <br />we feel that a planned unit development would be the best manner in which to develop <br />the property. ~~ac <br />Accordingly, we would recommend that you tion to receive the petition <br />and place it on file as well as advise the applicant to proceed with assembling the <br />information required for a planned unit development. <br /> <br />The following items are included as enclosure (Dg-e) for your consideration in this <br />matter: <br /> <br />a) Applicant's petition <br />b) City map showing property in question. <br /> <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />Council Action: The following proposed motion is hereby submitted for your ~D <br />consideration: ~ ~~ ~~ <br /> Motion by and seconded by D to receive First Guaranty <br /> Corporation's petition for municipal services and place said petition on file. <br /> <br />I <br />I <br /> <br /> Motion carried. AND F.H.A. PLAT APPROVAL": <br /> <br />As per your request, the Planning and Zoning Commission, at their last regular <br />meeting, reviewed the possibility of deleting the above referenced section from <br />the subdivision ordinance. Based upon the advise of the City Attorney and City <br />Engineer, it is recommended that this ordinance not be amended. <br /> <br /> <br />
