CASE 4~9: SETTING OF A PUBLIC HEARING DATE FOR ROLLING GREEN ADDITION: Council action on October ZS, 1983 was to accept the feasibility study for this area. Council requested this be placed on the February agenda for the purpose of scheduling a public hearing date. Enclosure (DZ-i) contains the proposed resolution for your adoption. Voting no CASE ~10: AMENDMENT TO THE ON-SITE SEPTIC sYSTEM ORDINANCE, CHAPTER (SEWAGE DISPOSAL SYSTEMS): I i I I I I In order to attain compliance with the Comprehensive Plan, enforcement of the above referenced ordinance is mandatory. However, enforcement of the ordinance as written would have been vitually impossible because of the financial burden which would have been placed on the City. Accordingly, we are recommending this ordinance be amended to bring it into compliance with the recommendations of the State as well as the mandatory requirements of the Metropolitan Council and the Metropolitan Waste Control Commission. The revised ordinance has been submitted to both Metro agencies and their recommendations have .been incoporated into the ordinance which is attached with the following items for your consideration in this matter as enclosure (DZ-j): a) Revised ordinance b) Metropolitan Council comments c) Metropolitan Waste Control Commission comments.
